1. About Anigra Voyages

Anigra Voyages is a luxury cruise and voyage curation service and a sister brand of Aurelle Travel. We operate as an independent travel advisor affiliated with a registered host agency that provides industry accreditation, booking infrastructure, and errors and omissions insurance.

2. Services

Anigra Voyages provides travel advisory and curation services, including voyage research, itinerary planning, cabin selection guidance, and booking facilitation for cruise and voyage experiences. We act as an intermediary between you and the cruise lines, tour operators, and other travel suppliers ("Suppliers") whose products and services we recommend.

Anigra Voyages is not a cruise line, tour operator, or direct provider of travel services. All voyages, accommodations, shore excursions, and related services are provided by third-party Suppliers and are subject to their own terms, conditions, and cancellation policies.

3. Booking & Payments

When you make a booking through Anigra Voyages, you enter into a contract directly with the relevant Supplier (cruise line, hotel, tour operator, etc.). Payments for travel services are made to the Supplier or processed through our host agency's secure booking platform.

Anigra Voyages may charge a planning fee for complex, custom itineraries. Any such fee will be communicated and agreed upon before work begins. For standard cruise bookings, our advisory services are provided at no additional cost to the traveler — we are compensated through commissions paid by Suppliers.

4. Commissions & Compensation

Anigra Voyages earns commissions from cruise lines and travel Suppliers when bookings are made through our advisory services. These commissions are paid by the Supplier and do not increase the price you pay.

5. Cancellations & Modifications

Cancellation and modification policies are determined by the individual Supplier (cruise line, hotel, etc.) and vary by booking. Anigra Voyages will clearly communicate the applicable cancellation terms at the time of booking. We are not responsible for penalties, fees, or charges imposed by Suppliers due to cancellations or modifications. Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all voyages.

6. Travel Insurance

Anigra Voyages strongly recommends that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, and evacuation. We can assist in arranging travel insurance through reputable providers.

7. Limitation of Liability

Anigra Voyages and Aurelle Travel act solely as agents for the Suppliers providing travel services. We are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay, or irregularity that may occur due to the acts or omissions of any Supplier, including but not limited to cruise lines, airlines, hotels, ground transportation providers, and tour operators.

Errors and omissions insurance is maintained through our host agency to protect against professional liability in the course of travel advisory services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, design, and branding — is the property of Anigra Voyages and Aurelle Travel unless otherwise noted. Cruise line logos, ship names, and trademarked terms belong to their respective owners and are used for informational purposes only.

9. Website Use

This website is provided for informational purposes. While we strive to keep all information current and accurate, pricing, availability, itineraries, and Supplier offerings are subject to change without notice. Anigra Voyages is not responsible for errors or omissions in website content.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or our services shall be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.
